Warranty Terms
General Terms & Conditions
1.The terms, conditions, duration of warranty, exclusions of warranty shall be as per warranty card attached with each product. Warranty commences from the date of the Invoice, unless specified otherwise.
2.The original invoice must be presented as proof of purchase for claiming warranty.
3.All electronics devices and home appliances sold on orrohomedubai.com,Local Warranty in UAE is valid for 1 year since date of purchase,Local Warranty in KSA is valid for 2 year since date of purchase.
4.During the warranty period your product will be repaired free-of-charge in the unlikely event of failure of the product or any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship.
5.Where a repair is not possible or is deemed unfeasible, the product may be replaced with a new or refurbished product at our discretion and the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase.
6.We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable.
7.We reserve the right to make changes to these Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the Conditions in force at the time you purchased goods from us, unless any change to t these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
8.We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
The warranty does not cover the following :
1.Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, improper storage, external damage due to normal wear and tear, cabinet, accessories, remote control, fuses, knobs, bulbs, glass and exteriors and performance failure caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, or any “act of God”.
2.The warranty is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance and/or if alterations or repairs have been carried by persons not authorized by the manufacturer. The user should strictly adhere to all instructions included in the user manual and should abstain from any actions or uses that are deemed as unnecessary or which are warned against in the user manual.
3.Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
